Accountability and growth is where it’s at. Being extremely humble and critically honest with how you have shown up, who you are choosing to be now, and continuing to decide to be the solution.

Integrity wins trust and confidence is followed by success.

This is an important formula to me. In our current social climate a lot of things shape us and seem to make doubting ourselves, pointing the finger, evading blame, and victimizing, a social trend. But we can and are doing better and this formula sums up perfectly to me how to approach that. It always begins with becoming extremely humbling and critically honest with how I show up, who I am choosing to be now, and continuing to decide to be the solution.

It’s easy to get pulled in by all the noise and even easier to look at others instead of focusing on yourself but that’s where accountability chimes in. I think inherently all we want is to evolve and grow which becomes very hard when one is constantly comparing and judging (oneself and others). There are a lot of statistics and studies about how negatively that affects the mental state of a person. Yet it still seems like a very much underestimated topic or respectively it’s still being exercised by most people on a day to day. Habits die hard as we know which makes the awareness and the deliberate decision to change them that much more important.

Therefore I wanted to share this little Formula.

In the end, it’s always a choice that comes with awareness about who you are choosing to be and ultimately who you want to be in the future.
